ASM Stores Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.  These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number is usually written on the bill of lading (issued by the mail carrier's shipping department) or somewhere on the packaging. If you cannot find your RMA, one may be obtained by contacting us by phone or email.
 

Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
 

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
 

• Opened or used
• Missing their serial number or UPC
• Special orders 
• Returned more then 30 days after delivery
• Returned without notification

Ordered or non-stocked items are subject to suppliers approval to return, along with the above conditions. Restocking fees of 20%, plus shipping and packaging fees apply.  All non-stocked items need to be pre-paid before ordering.  Additional fees may be required on pick-up.

Defective items are at the suppliers discretion, therefore no refunds or replacements will be issued until approved by them.

Final and Liquidation sales items have no warranty and are not eligible for return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and apply to all shipments, including warranty or replacement items.

All returns require the original invoice and must be credited to the same payment method used at time of purchase.
